  • Is this just a Shopify store?

    No. We have a highly customized theme to support a variety of unique requirements for food retailers. We have custom tools, algorithms, workflows and processing apps. You get all the benefits of Shopify, but with added tools and a team of experts - all part of your monthly license fees. 

  • How much work is it for my team to launch a store.

    Very little. Our team does all the heavy lifting. We'll need some POS exports set-up, you can share some design preferences and send us the images you have. We can take care of the rest. 


    If your team wants to be heavily involved, we love that and we can empower your team to have full control over the design elements. 

  • How much control will I have over my store?

    You have complete control to edit the front-end design elements. You have access to all customer, product and order data. You can edit your fulfillment lead times, pricing and more. We're there to support you. 

  • I have an existing site. How does that work?

    If you have a marketing site with no ecom, we'll migrate that content over and it will live amongst your ecom store. If you have an existing ecom store, we can migrate everything over for you. And that's all at no cost to you!

  • How does my team fulfill orders?

    Your team will own the pick/pack process. We make it very easy using our fulfillment tool. Or, you can fulfill right out of Shopify by printing pick lists. Whatever's best for your team. We can also push order data to different department emails, and potentially different order systems. Let's discuss what works best for you.
